1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, executing the installation script (curl -fsSL https://get.core-panel.net | bash), or using Core Panel software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Server License & Usage Rights
Core Panel grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription license to install and run Core Panel control software on server nodes owned or leased by you.
- You are responsible for maintaining root SSH credentials and server access security.
- Core Panel is not responsible for data loss due to server hardware failure or misconfigurations made by server administrators.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Core Panel or your managed server nodes for unlawful activities, including but not limited to:
- Distributing malware, ransomware, or unauthorized botnet command-and-control software.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or violating CAN-SPAM / GDPR anti-spam regulations.
- Executing outbound Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or port scanning activities.
4. Billing, Flat-Rate Pricing & Refund Policy
Core Panel operates on a transparent, flat-rate pricing model:
- No Per-Site Fees: Subscriptions cover unmetered domains and accounts on licensed nodes.
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Eligible first-time subscription purchases may be refunded within 14 calendar days of initial payment, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal without penalty.
- Digital Delivery: Subscription access is delivered electronically after payment confirmation as described in our Shipping & Service Delivery Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Core Panel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from server downtime, data loss, or business interruption.
